This notice informs you pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR about the processing of personal data when visiting this website and using the contact form.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by netcup, server location Germany. On access, the server processes technically necessary access data (server logs: shortened/processed IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent) for secure delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operational security). A data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.

3. Contact form / request

If you use the form ("quick check"/request), we process the data you provide (incl. name, venue, email, phone, details about the venue, message) solely to handle your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (interest in replying). Submitting the form goes to an endpoint we operate ourselves under the same domain (no external form/marketing SaaS); without JavaScript, or if that endpoint is unreachable, your email client opens instead (mailto) to kontakt@qogusto.de. The data is deleted once the request is finally handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. No cookies / no tracking

This website sets no marketing or analytics cookies and embeds no external services (fonts, analytics, maps, social plugins). No tracking takes place; a cookie consent is therefore not required.

5. Recipients / third countries

Data is passed to third parties only to the hosting provider (processor) and only as far as necessary for delivery. A transfer to third countries (outside the EU/EEA) is not intended. The contact-form endpoint runs under the same domain as this website and is not an external service.

6. Affiliate / advertising links in the Qogusto product

This section does not concern this marketing website, but the Qogusto application (the till/back-office system) when you use it as a customer: in "My Qogusto" → device store we recommend hardware and link to Amazon.de. These links are affiliate/advertising links via the Amazon Associates program (PartnerNet). As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Clicking such a link already transfers data (incl. IP address, browser information) to Amazon; Amazon's own privacy policy then applies. This does not create any obligation to buy and does not increase the price for you.

7. Your rights

The controller's address is stated in the legal notice (section 1 refers to it) and is filled in. Plan a short legal review for the final version — the concrete server-log retention period is still open. The German version is legally binding.
