Switching

Your till is not your enemy.

But it may have become a rental agreement that is no longer yours. How to tell — and what a switch really means.

How to tell it is time

  • You pay per device, per module, per everything39 € a month became 180 €, and nobody can tell you exactly for what. Every new function is a new line item.
  • Your data will not come outExport only as PDF, or not at all, or for a fee. That is not a missing feature, that is a design choice.
  • The TSE fee has a markupThe TSE costs what it costs. If your provider earns on it, you pay twice.
  • No network, no shopA cloud till that takes nothing offline shifts its risk onto you.

What switching means

Honest A switch is work

Items, prices, staff, devices — that is half a day, not one click. Anyone promising „migration in 5 minutes" has never seen your till. We do the session together.

Bring along Items and prices come with you

Whatever you can export as a list, we import. If your old till exports nothing, we type it together — that is part of an honest answer too.

Old data The past stays where it is

Your old till data remains subject to retention — at the old provider or as an export with you. We do not pretend we can take over ten years of history.

After No lock-in, not with us either

Cancellable monthly, data export anytime, TSE fee passed through 1:1. If we keep you, it is because it fits — not because you cannot leave.

When you should NOT switch

We would rather say no up front than disappoint you later:

If you are happy replacing a working till costs more than it saves If you need table reservations or delivery-platform integration — we do not build that If you are mid-season switch in the quiet week, not in summer

Four questions, an honest answer.

If we do not fit, we will say so — that saves us both the meeting.
