The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228); a link to it is therefore omitted. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle, § 36 VSBG).
